Eligibility of Rayalaseema University II Convocation :
- UG Application (UG Degree Regular/Distance)
- PG Application (PG, MCA, M.Ed.)
- B.Ed. Application (B.Ed.),
- B.P.Ed. Application, LLB Application (Law course), Ph.D. Application.
Important Dates :
Online Application Submission Start Date : 26th July 2017
Online Application Submission Last Date : 19th August 2017
Follow Below Steps While Filling Online Application Form :
Step 1 :
Go to fill Application and select your suitable degree as follows UG Application (UG Degree Regular/Distance), PG Application (PG, MCA, M.Ed.) B.Ed. Application (B.Ed.), B.P.Ed. Application, LLB Application (Law course), Ph.D. Application.
Step 2 :
Enter Hall ticket Number and submit On submission of your hall ticket number, your educational qualification details will be available on the screen like Name, Father’s name, Subject, Medium, Class, and year of pass etc., Student is directed to verify the details thoroughly; the same details will be used to print on the Convocation degree certificate.
Step 3 :
Upload a recent Pass port size photograph with 1.2” (width) x 1.65” (height) (150 Resolution) and Fill your Address for Correspondence. Student is instructed to take care while uploading the photograph. If any fake or Un-authorised / Un-related images are uploaded, then the student will be held responsible and will be punished as per university norms.
Step 4 :
Verify and submit the details.
Step 5 :
Go to Payment tab and select course, Enter Application ID, which is generated at step: 4. Go to Online Payment (your details will be shown again)
Pay the fees through payment gateway (i.e. Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking
Step 7 :
Confirm your Payment; Then you confirm the payment, you will get a Transaction receipt with ‘SUCCESS” message on the receipt, then only your payment process was completed. University will not be responsible for incomplete transactions. Finally you take a print out of Payment receipt for further correspondence.
The Convocation certificates will be dispatched to their college addresses after completion of the convocation. Only Ph.D. awardees and the Gold medal awardees will be honoured with their degrees on the dais on the day of convocation.
